Joe O'Rourke welcomed our members and guests.
 
Sherry Soutiere let everyone know of a great community service opportunity. Gail Marino has coordinated a fellowship at the Soup Kitchen on 10/17 @ 11:15AM in Millville at the Hope Center on South Second Street. They are looking for 8 volunteers to attend for a couple hours to help feed the community lunch. 
 
Dennis Palmer reminded everyone know that the Paul Harris Dinner will be September 22nd 6pm at Eastlyn. Please RSVP to Dennis dpalmer3011@gmail.com by Friday 9/18.
 
Preston Foster reminded everyone about the road cleanup day on September 24th at 3:00 PM in the Industrial Park. We need 10 volunteers to receive credit (see flyer below for more details). Meeting at Joseph Delgado Electric, 1869 Gallagher Drive in the Vineland Industrial Park at 3:00 PM and finishing by 5:00 PM.
 
Sue Sauro announced that the Office on Aging is having a Fall Festival. Rotarians are encouraged to participate. The festival will be on Thursday, October 22nd from 10AM-2PM at the Park @ RIL 601 Bridgeton Avenue, Bridgeton, NJ. To register as a vendor call: 856-453-2224.
 
Alicia let everyone know that Pedals for Progress will take place on 11/7. Please keep a lookout for bikes and sewing machines. Reach out if you need help coordinating pickup/drop off. 
 
Donna Bennett reminded everyone of the Big Brothers Big Sisters Rise and Shine breakfast on September 24th.
 
Steve Plevins let everyone know that on 10/6 we will have a special program featuring Tim Witherspoon. He is a two-time heavy weight champion. Save the date: We hope you will all be here for this meeting. 
 
$105.00 were collected in the blue cans to benefit veterans!

Celebrating Years of Service & Rotary Milestones:

 

Ed Morvay had the honor of presenting Sherry Soutiere with her 25-year Rotary service pin. Congratulations to Sherry on an incredible 25 years of commitment and service to the Rotary Club of Vineland. We are grateful for the many years she has dedicated to Rotary and to making a difference in our community. What a wonderful milestone to celebrate!

    5    Review: the transaction details to ensure they are correct. 

    6    Tap "Send": to complete the payment

 

If your bank isn't a partner, you can still use Zelle by downloading the standalone Zelle app, but you'll need a U.S.-based bank account, a U.S. mobile number, an email address, and a valid U.S.-based debit card.
