Let's all welcome our new President for 2023-2024, Andy Browne!
Andy was inducted at our changeover dinner, along with his incoming board, June 21st. Andy promised an exciting Vineland Rotary year with new initiatives and continuation of many of our ongoing programs. Congratulations, Andy - we are all looking forward to an exciting year under your leadership!
Our outgoing President, Harry Maloney (right) accepted his Past President plaque while his wife, Theresa, was presented with a beautiful bouquet. The incoming board members (below) or 2023-24 were also inducted at the dinner,
Good Luck, Donna and Jim! This journey will see supporters of ShelterBox take on a 4-day trekking journey in August in the majestic Yosemite National Park, in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains.

Recent fellowship benefited Hydromissions!
Vineland Rotarians were among the many who turned out to support Caitlin Terry and
Hydromissions at a fellowship and outdoor concert at Redeemer Lutheran Church July 6th. Caitlin had lots of items for sale to benefit Hydromissions and those in attendance enjoyed a great performance by Hawkins Road (pictured below)! Concert guests were greeted by Rotarian Heather Sudgren, Pastor at Redeemer Lutheran Church.
Please read this open letter from our VP of Fundraising, Josie Spinelli regarding fundraising challenges for the coming year. Let's all help Josie by putting on our thinking caps and sharing ideas at our upcoming meetings.
Rotarian Diane Alcantara has asked us to consider supporting this worthy cause - Invest in solar panels for the AMURTEL family children's home in Romania and you will be ensuring long-term sustainability both financially and ecologically and giving safe shelter and loving care to children. This year, the prices of electricity are increasing, and soon may even double. Investing 10,000 euros in solar panels will pay for itself in just two years, and will significantly reduce both monthly running costs as well as the ecological footprint.
Please note that we have an application for a new primary member for the TD Bank Business Membership. The proposed member is Jose Martinez; he has been proposed by Denise Jackson. Jose’s occupation is Banking. TD Bank will be retaining its Business Membership with Jose being the Rotarian and Gary Gilmore continuing as the alternate.
