Announcements:

Rotarians sang "Happy Birthday" to Gail Marino who celebrates her birthday on 8/13.

Josie thanked Gus and Harry for setting up the room.

Andy reminded everyone of the Pickleball event coming up on 8/13. He recommended everyone Google the 5 rules of Pickleball.

Paul Spinelli shared that on 10/21 at CCTEC there will be a Holocaust Experience event featuring the Train Car exhibit, and donations are being requested.

Jim Siwek thanked everyone for donating blood at the last blood drive. Inspira will host a Blood Drive at the Ramada on 10/14 from 8AM-1PM. There is also one scheduled on 11/1 at Compass Academy.

Josie recognized the following Rotarians as "Everyday Heroes" for donating blood at the latest Blood Drive: Jim Siwek, Gus Foster, Linda Foster and Harry Maloney. (see photo below)

Josie announced the Bay Atlantic Symphony fundraiser is taking place on 9/18 (6-8PM) in Atlantic City at The Noyes Arts Garage of Stockton University. If you attend the event, you will receive a free ticket to the Symphony. See Josie for tickets to the fundraiser.

Josie reminded everyone of the Gift of Life annual meeting on 8/18. (see below flyer)
