CLASSIFICATIONS

The club enjoyed listening to the following classifications!!

Carol Musso Vice President/Business Development, Century Savings Bank  Carol Musso was raised in Deerfield Township and is still living there.  She is the proud mother of twin daughters who are both married and she is a “Nonna” to a beautiful granddaughter. Carol will be celebrating the 40 year mark in her banking career in June 2023.   She started as a teller in 1983 and worked her way to an AVP/Branch Manager. She is now  VP of Business Development at Century Savings Bank, covering Cumberland, Salem, and Gloucester Counties. She has 28 years serving the community as a past Committeewoman/Mayor of Deerfield Township (16 years) and currently serving Cumberland County as a Commissioner(in her 12th year). She enjoys being involved and serves on several boards and committees.  It is nice to help with the local organization, non-profits and giving back.  “All the friends you meet when helping your local community is what counts. Vineland Rotary has been a big contributor to the local community and I am so happy to be part of this great organization and having friends that are like family.“

Cara Stanzione Director of Operations DNS Solutions LLC  Cara grew up in Newfield and currently resides there. She is one of four siblings. “My only child at the moment is my 9 year old rescue dog Levi!” Cara enjoys family time, spending time with friends, going to the gym, Peloton rides, beach days and of course Philly sports -  win or lose! Her favorite title is being called “Aunt Cara” and enjoys spoiling her Godchildren and her “nieces and nephews” from friends and cousins! Her first “real” niece or nephew will be here in the next week or so! Cara went to Our Lady of Mercy Academy for high school and attended Immaculata University, graduating in 2010 with degrees in Sociology and Early Childhood Education. She taught preschool for over 6 years, switched to a different school which wasn’t the right fit and ended up with DNS in October of 2015. She is Director of Operations, going on 8 years in 2023. She has many tasks within the company which keep her busy “but I also enjoy being a part of Rotary with the business as it allows me to give back to the community in which I am able to attend meetings and events!” Cara encourages more businesses to join so people who normally wouldn’t have the opportunity to can take part! Alternates can start out small by attending meetings, becoming notetakers, volunteering, and signing up for event committees! “We are very happy to fill in when Nick cannot, it is always great to see our fellow Vineland Rotarians!”

Alicia Fichera Director of Sales and Marketing at DNS Solutions She is married to husband, Mike and they have a daughter Alaina (6) and a son Michael (4). The family loves doing fun things outdoors, enjoying nature or camping in their new camper. Alicia was born and raised in South Philadelphia and moved to Cedarville as a teenager. Her background is in banking. She started as a teller with Farmers and Merchants bank, moved up to Assistant Manager at the TD Banks of Salem County and then to Branch Manager at Colonial Bank.  Alicia worked with Nick Serace (DNS Solutions) for many years at both TD Bank and Colonial Bank. DNS Solutions is a full service surveillance and security system installer on Main Road in Vineland that services residential and commercial clients throughout South Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Alicia considers the DNS staff to be like family. She is very grateful to DNS, Nick and Cara for many reasons but the two biggest reasons are: 1 - She’s grateful to be in a position that allows her to have the balance she needs for her family, letting her be a present mother while doing something she loves and, 2 - it introduced her to “all of you amazing individuals with whom I have made some beautiful friendships. I really appreciate this business membership for allowing me to do so. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity.”

PROGRAM

Our guest speaker came to us from halfway around the world...Tanzania!  Timothy Massawe is the founder and Director of the Saidia Agriculture and Social Care Organization (SASCO).  It is an organization that has empowered more than 200 vulnerable children through education.  Timothy's passion is to reach out to poor children and their families who do not have the opportunity to realize their potential.  He is a lawyer and charter member and past President of the Rotary club of Hai-Kilimanjaro.

UPDATE

The Disco Ball (Friday, February 24th) was a HUGE success! More information will follow and pictures to come!! Congratulations to everyone who helped create this fun fundraiser (the brainchild of our own Josie Spinelli!) that benefits the YMCA, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Vineland Rotary.
